Properties: Without odour and poison. Stimulative to the skin and the respiratory tract. Soluble in chlorofom acetone, methylene chloride, benzene; not easily soluble in carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate; insoluble in water and gasoline.

Application: Accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and emulsions; can also be used as vulcanizing agent. TMTD is an excellent secondary accelerator for thaizoles, it can also be used in combination with other accelerator as accelerators for continuous vulcanization
