properties:white or light grey crystal or crystal powder. Extremely light special odor. Dissolve in ethanol, acetic acid, ethyle ester, isopropyl alcohol, aether, vegetable oil and lard.
Almost impossible to dissolve in water(25℃,<1%;95℃,5%).
Boiling point 300℃,
melting point 126.5~128.5℃.
Have the function of anti-deterioration to a majority of oils, esp. vegetable oil. No coloring up with iron and copper. Turn pink with the existence of alkali.
